Our services
AISI offers three types of appraisals as defined by ISTAT: desktop, extended desktop and full.
Each includes a varying degree of inspection of the aircraft and review of the maintenance status. All reports include a general market overview as well as a more specified market analysis of the asset type.

Base and current market values of an asset in theoretical half-life and full-life maintenance condition, assuming full consideration of the asset’s highest and best use and average physical condition
Half & Full-Life Valuations
Base and current market values of an asset in theoretical half-life and full-life maintenance condition, assuming full consideration of the asset’s highest and best use and average physical condition
Maintenance Adjusted Valuation
Base and current market values where adjustments are made to the half-life baseline to reflect the actual maintenance condition of the asset. Takes into account airframe checks, landing gear overhaul, APU overhaul, and engine overhaul and LLP green time.
Future Lease Rate Forecasting
Base and current market lease rates for assets, as well as base lease rate forecasts until the aircraft reached 25 years of age at an inflation rate indicated by the client
Lease Encumbered Value
Opinion of the value of an aircraft, under lease, given specified parameters as well as projected value.
Part-out Value
The aggregate value of all components within an asset sold individually following retirement.
Asset Backed Securitization (ABS)
Valuations performed for fleets of assets pooled and collateralized in a single debt security.
Enhanced Equipment Trust Certificate (EETC)
Valuations performed for fleets of assets, operated by a single entity, pooled and collateralized in a single debt security.
